A monument was erected at the site of the incident in memory of İs. Tğm. Necmi ÜSTÜNSEL, who was martyred in the explosion of a demolition charge during demolition training on February 3, 1955. His actual grave is in the section reserved for Turkish Armed Forces members in Karabağlar Paşaköy Cemetery.
